The CEA CAPA London Center is centrally located in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, close to public transport, Kensington Palace, the Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert Museums. Housed in two connected Victorian townhouses, the Center offers multiple classroom spaces and features state of-the-art technology.
CEA CAPA courses and programs are rigorous and run in strict adherence to the Forum on Education Abroad’s Standards of Good Practice. The programs are designed to support student’s personal and professional development while exploring and analyzing urban environments abroad, through in-classroom study and out-of-classroom experiences.
CEA CAPA London Center offerings include courses in wide variety of subjects including business, marketing, art, film, history, gender studies, human rights, politics, theater studies, and more.
Courses at the CEA CAPA London Center are transcripted by the University of New Haven (UNH), CEA CAPA’s School of Record.
Courses taught at the CEA CAPA London Center have been designed in conjunction with, and approved by, the University of New Haven (UNH). In addition, faculty appointments have been approved by UNH. After the successful completion of a session at the CEA CAPA London Center, you will receive credit for your work from UNH. Located in Connecticut, the University of New Haven is a student-focused, comprehensive university that’s fully accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE). The agreement between CEA CAPA and UNH follows the highest standards of good practice in education abroad and satisfies the rigorous requirements of the University's institutional accreditor, making credits earned at the CEA CAPA London Center easily transferable to US-accredited institutions. Originally established in 1838 as the Royal Polytechnic Institution, the University of Westminster (WMN) has a student body of over 20,000 and is a leader in research and education. If you are a semester or academic year student, you’ll take courses at the Regent Street, Cavendish, Marylebone, or Harrow campuses, each of which is close to all the major public transport links. If you're a summer student, you'll take courses at the Regent Street or Harrow campus.

Get out and explore! Excursions are offered for most semester, year, and summer programs. Semester students are typically offered between two to three excursions and summer study students are typically offered between one to two excursions. You'll receive a calendar of excursions during orientation; here are a few day and overnight excursions we've offered in the past.

Students studying in London, at the CEA CAPA London Center, will be housed in apartments while abroad. These apartments are centrally located within zone 1 and 2, with easy access to public transport. You will have a kitchen in which to hone your cooking abilities, and lounge/dining area for relaxing or studying. Make London yours as you explore your new neighborhood.
This housing option carries a supplemental fee which may vary based on housing inclusions (i.e. meals, amenities, etc.) as well as program length. Exact amount will be confirmed on the housing application form.
Connect more directly to daily life in London’s vibrant neighborhoods when you live with local residents in a homestay. This housing option is ideal for the culture-seeking type students who’d like to engage in London’s diverse culture firsthand. Please note, this housing option is only available to students studying at the CEA CAPA London Center.
This housing option carries a supplemental fee which may vary based on housing inclusions (i.e. meals, amenities, etc.) as well as program length. Exact amount will be confirmed on the housing application form.
As a CEA CAPA student enjoy the opportunity to live the life of a British student. Live with international, national and/or US students in a zone 2 student residence, studio with convenient access to public transportation, maximum 60 minutes commute to the London Study Center. With lot of communal spaces and students entertainment amenities.
As a CEA CAPA student at University of Westminster, enjoy the opportunity to live the life of a British student in one of the university’s residence halls – Alexander Fleming, Harrow, or Marylebone (additional fees apply). Situated near an array of energetic pubs, tasty restaurants and the city’s main public transportation lines, Westminster’s residence halls embrace the bustling city atmosphere and typically house American, international, and British students in single rooms with access to a shared kitchen. If you enjoy living in a student community and hope to make friends from all over the world, this housing option is a great fit for you.

Limited availability. This option is ideal for students who enjoy a communal living setting. Live with international, national and/or US students in a UK student halls of residence in Zone 2 with convenient access to public transportation, approximate 45 minutes commute to CEA CAPA . You will enjoy a private room with in-room sink / basin, living alongside up to 5 other flatmates sharing two communal bathrooms and a full kitchen. WiFi included.
